My name is Jenny Franze and I live and work in Gothenburg.

I work both in IT (as a product owner at the Regional Cancer Center West) and run my own company where I paint in egg tempera and do wall paintings.

 

A number of years ago I discovered egg tempera and it was love at first sight! Since then I have poured my soul into mastering this medium. Its unique properties outweigh the work required to make your own panels with traditional gesso according to recipes that are several hundred years old. It feels good to ensure that the knowledge lives on.

It also feels important to know that the paint is non-toxic and a very good alternative for the environment compared to plastic-based paints.
